Booked 2 rooms. Had to check in separately for each room. :( Light in lobby was attached to wall with zip strips. Dirty bathrooms, dirty floors in hallways. Someones socks behind door in bathroom. Gross. Tub and toilet dirty. Air conditioner falling out of wall in room. Could see the outside around air conditioner. Spills on counter not cleaned. Breakfast was a joke. Elevator interior looked like a freight elevator. Lots of odd smells through the hallways.

Rooms were very outdated and stained. There’s something that resembles a kitchen but they don’t give you anything to actually USE the kitchen. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

The guy at the front desk and the manager were friendly and understanding.

The price of the stay made this appealing. Burr Ridge is beautiful but this hotel isn’t. It reeked of cigarettes as soon as you enter the place. The room next to us had a couple with a pit bull that barked a lot. People were coming in and out of the back door and all seemed like they were up to no good. The lights in the room flickered and the toilet was awful. The place is run down. We were there for about 2 hrs and decided to request a refund and luckily found something else that night in Countryside.
