The over all experience was not great. No wash cloths, motion sensitive overhead light, cleaning staff person entering the room. Breakfast hours were early on the weekends. Pool was unavailable.

Poor customer service, workers at the front desk are not friendly at all, they don't even greet you. The room said no smoking but it smelled like old stale cigarettes. I asked room service to make bed and give me extra towels the next day but said I have to call the front desk so my room never got cleaned. Also they had a big garbage bin downstairs asking for guests to put dirty towels in their, which tells me that's where they put the towels that they give their guests.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The location was good many eaterys , stores and a nice grocery down the street all within walking distance
