This is a decent property for the price. A budget hotel, but a nicer budget hotel compared to the Quality Inn next door for example.

Offer none smoking rooms with no smell of cigarettes in room or hallway, which is very important to me. Very clean. 24 hour access to coffee and tea. Wonderful staff throughout. Right next to multiple stores and restaurants. I really recommend this place.

Unfriendly housekeepers. When crossing pathes w them theyd scowl & stare. Just seemed annoyed w guest presence although they were being asked for anything by guests.

The location and price were on point.

There were no soda or ice machines in the hotel. The towels were very thin and cheap. These two issues were dealable. My biggest issue with the hotel was seeing a cockroach on my pillow the morning I checked out.

Breakfast was ok, good choice of options, unfortunately bacon was not crispy and biscuits on the Monday were either too dry or just from the day before.

Room was not properly cleaned between one day and the next, door was repaired and noisy, sideboard of the room were unglued and many surfaces were not dusted in ages.
