Positives:
The beds and pillows were really nice.
Negatives:
The sheets were not deep pocket enough and the fitted sheets kept coming up the mattresses. The entry way to the room looked like it was mopped with dirty water and was a little sticky.

Quite dirty - dried food spills & runs streaking inside & outside elevator doors-not cleaned or polished in a long time! Dirt /debris in elevator, floor corners & in door tracks. Bathroom/room decently cleaned but not up to usual Comfort Inn standards

This hotel must still be under renovation. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling where a light was supposed to be, the floor in the bathroom was tacky like maybe it still had some residue on it after it was mopped. Breakroom door in our room.

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff was wonderful, room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and they welcomed our little dogs.

The location was excellent. The beds and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
We walked into a room that had not been cleaned. The front person was lovely. Gave us a new room. The curtains were so stained, we didn't want to touch them. The floor was sticky. We were too tired from a 5 hour travel day to head to the front desk a second time. We had a multiple day stay with no housekeeping. The paint was chipped throughout the building and surface areas were filthy in common areas.

Breakfast was good - adequate choices. The hotel was very clean. Some of the finishes weren't great but the cleanliness made up for it. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The place was quiet.
Negatives:
Things like grouting and painting of trim in room were sloppy.

We found leftover food in one of the table drawers, which was gross. The elevator was dirty. The water flow in bathroom sink was nonexistent. Several of the electrical outlets had no power and were so loose the plugs fell out. Ice machine was out of order on our floor.
