The staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We drove for 14hrs and stopped here. They couldn’t find our booking at first. The front desk staff just told us we didn’t have one. We gave them our confirmation number and they found it. They just generally acted so annoyed to have to check us in. Didn’t tell us where our room was or even the elevator. The room was filthy. Massively overpriced for the quality. Glad we only needed to stop for the night. Would never consider coming back. I’ve never had a hotel staff be so rude.

- Very clean
- Staff were super friendly - they greeted you every time you came/left the property
- Although the hot breakfast wasn't available due to renovations, they had lots of grab and go options available
- Pool, gym, small outdoor patio, and business center available on-site

- The walls are a bit thin. I could hear the toilet flushing in the room next door, people talking in the hallway, and the TV in the room next door the whole time. It wasn't super disturbing, just more like background noise

The room was nice. Looked to be recently updated. The room had a nice small Keurig machine with coffee pods.
Also had small bottles of Dove toiletries and small Dove bar soaps. Which is much preferable to the wall dispensers.
Negatives:
There was a strobe type light flashing all night long from the smoke detector, which was annoying and woke my elderly mother, numerous times.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced. All packaged foods. Nothing hot. Very limited and many things were empty.
Other guests were voicing their disappointment.
