Positives:
When we arrived, my granddaughter needed to use the facilities in a hurry. We asked to use the facilities, and the clerk told us it wasn't available, so we had to hurry up and run to the room. Once we entered the room, we saw roaches in the bathroom and the TV was not working.
Negatives:
Friendlier greeting and no roaches. The breakfast was also terrible some kids came in an ate all the breakfast rolls and nothing was replaced for the other guest.

The interior common areas and our room was outdated but very clean. Towels were large and fluffy, everything was in working order and staff was pleasant and eager to assist.
Negatives:
Outside area was littered. Smoking area at the front door. Long term guest. Hot breakfast consisted of waffles, white bread for toast, Danish, yogurt, fruit & cereals, OJ and coffee.The bed was never made. The spread was just thrown over the pillows.

Everything else about it. Some of the outlets in our room didn't work. Saw roaches in the hallway. The laundry amenity that was supposed to be available was not there.

Convenient to where we need to go. Breakfast was a surprise, lots of choices from egg and sausage hashbrowns to waffles, pastry and cereal plus fresh fruit juices and great coffee!
