Our toilet seat wasn't clean, and when we told the man at the front desk; he said we could clean it with the toilet paper. We asked for more disposable cups and were told there were none. We couldn't get ice anywhere. Our shower leaked onto the floor, and nobody worked on it.

We liked the location in regards to where we needed to go the next morning. Also, when checking in they did allow me to change our room from one king bed to a double bed room when I asked. Otherwise, we would have stayed somewhere else.
Negatives:
The first thing was that breakfast was to be included and there was nothing but 2 different stale cereals. We picked this hotel because of the location and breakfast. Unfortunately, we had to eat breakfast elsewhere. In our room, the sheets and top comforter on one bed had stains and white crusty stuff all over. Our TV had issues until a family member fixed it. The bathroom was really dirty.
