Negatives: The hotel is remodeling but not fast enough. Very poor facility.
I had to go to...
Positives: front desk at night was really helpful
Negatives: the Ac was not working and then they change me to another room the bathroom light was not working so sad
Positives: it smell to bad in there
Negatives: no dogs
it smell really bad n...
Positives: There was NOTHING that I liked about the hotel.
Negatives: Where to begin. -I booked a suite with a king size bed with a jacuzzi on the first floor because my wife has really bad arthritis in her knees and it makes it hard to walk up stairs. We weren't contacted and told that our room was no longer available. We traveled from Michigan and we had been driving for 10+ hours. I booked the hotel in the morning, we could have received a call to give us an option or to cancel our reservation. -The elevator DID NOT work. -We were given a room with a double queen bed on the 2nd floor (two reg. mattresses not a box spring and mattress" and they had this stretchy sheet thing on the bottom mattress and there was dirt all in the crevasses. -The room smelt of cigarette smoke (was supposedly non-smoking) -There was no microwave or mini fridge -The shower rod was barely hanging onto the wall -The toilet rocked a lot and took a minute (literally) to flush. We had to hold the knob for a long time -There was a door knob to the bathroom but it was hanging off, not connected at all so the door could not close. Luckily, I was only with my wife and not my kids because there would have been NO privacy. -There was black mold in the bathroom by the light switch -No smoke alarm -The hotel was being "renovated" in the lobby, so I would expect dust/dirt there but the WHOLE hotel was dirty and disgusting. The carpets along the corridors to the rooms clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a LONG time. - Overall, our experience was terrible.
It was horrific,
Positives: It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
Negatives: Literally everything, the rooms were dirty , the hotel was run down and ugly , bad people hanging out outside
Positives: I load how friendly the staff were very friendly really I load how friendly the staff were very friendly really clean rooms awesome wowhere is great food block this day
Positives: nice people
Negatives: it had bed bugs not clean need to be closed n remodeled throughly through nice people but not expectable
never going back
Negatives: the hot water didn’t start working until about 8:50pm. could barely sleep because the middle entry door kept slamming.
Positives: The staff
Negatives: The loud walking above my head all night
Negatives: This place is nasty. The blanket on my bed was stained. The sheets were also stained. The ledge on our bathtub was broken in what looked like a butt was on it. I paid for the room with a whirlpool tub and the hot water ran out before we got it filled
