There was NOTHING that I liked about the hotel.

Where to begin.
-I booked a suite with a king size bed with a jacuzzi on the first floor because my wife has really bad arthritis in her knees and it makes it hard to walk up stairs. We weren't contacted and told that our room was no longer available. We traveled from Michigan and we had been driving for 10+ hours. I booked the hotel in the morning, we could have received a call to give us an option or to cancel our reservation.
-The elevator DID NOT work.
-We were given a room with a double queen bed on the 2nd floor (two reg. mattresses not a box spring and mattress" and they had this stretchy sheet thing on the bottom mattress and there was dirt all in the crevasses.
-The room smelt of cigarette smoke (was supposedly non-smoking)
-There was no microwave or mini fridge
-The shower rod was barely hanging onto the wall
-The toilet rocked a lot and took a minute (literally) to flush. We had to hold the knob for a long time
-There was a door knob to the bathroom but it was hanging off, not connected at all so the door could not close. Luckily, I was only with my wife and not my kids because there would have been NO privacy.
-There was black mold in the bathroom by the light switch
-No smoke alarm
-The hotel was being "renovated" in the lobby, so I would expect dust/dirt there but the WHOLE hotel was dirty and disgusting. The carpets along the corridors to the rooms clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a LONG time.
- Overall, our experience was terrible.

This place is nasty. The blanket on my bed was stained. The sheets were also stained. The ledge on our bathtub was broken in what looked like a butt was on it. I paid for the room with a whirlpool tub and the hot water ran out before we got it filled
