The room had cockroaches. We found them all over the bathroom in the middle of the night. Did not get any sleep and when we talked to the staff about it. They said they were working on the problem and was sorry we seen them. Wth!! Said they have spraying

It was very noisy kids running up and down the hall at night was sitting right next to the interstate, so could hear trucks running up and down the highway all night long

Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The room was smaller and only one bed. It was a non-smoking room and reeked of cigarette smoke!

Everything, including the location. It was outside the area I indicted in my search. I'm disabled, and I feel I was not listened to!
