Location was convenient. Room was big and as advertised. Full size refrigerator was great. Nice dishes and staples. It was a very good price through booking.com.

Stovetop knob was broken and unusable. Kitchen area floor was sticky. Room and common areas were all very worn.

The hotel was only 3 miles to UIUC.
Negatives:
Staff were condescending and were clearly overwhelmed by an event nearby. The facilities were a dump, workout room was a joke. Staff tried to come in without calling first while I was in the shower to retrieve an item forgotten by the previous occupants. Never again would I stay there.
