Very good location and very low price.
Negatives:
Looks nothing like the pictures. Building falling apart. Room was small. Walked in room there was dirty used rag hanging in shower. Bed smelled like strong urine. Ants all over desk. Chair was broke. Had to sign weird contract when I arrived. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

The property was very rundown. The rooms smelled, the carpet was very dirty and dated from the 70s, there were holes in the doors, the furniture was worn and broken down, the shower curtain was also dirty, the AC barely cooled and ran constantly. The neighbors told us that there was prostitution going on in this property.
