The kitchen ran out of food 1 hour before the termination of service... I talked.
To the kitchen manager and she stated they had enough food for 275 people, but a 150 people ate it All. The problem was, there was no contingency planning. Myself and a group of people had to wait while they cobbled another meal together.......
Negatives:
Poor girl at Check-in desk had to do double duty in the kitchen. Extremely poor planning on the kitchen staff..... Should always have a backup plan in mind....

The room was decent and we enjoy the 530 kickback.
Negatives:
They didn't adjust their rates for the fact that pool/spa area was being renovated and unable to be used. The location was sketchy and felt unsafe. I was nervous to take my dog to the pet area due to litter and debris scattered over the grassy area.
