The girl who checked us in was rude, cursing and complaining about how she should’ve stayed home, etc. her daughter was roaming the halls and she was yelling at her to go to bed. Not professional at all. There were no cups or ice bucket in the room.

The location, mostly, was the reason I selected this hotel. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. I noticed the checklist on the mirror indicating the quality check by the manager. If the room was inspected by the manager, he or she would gave noticed the Reeses peanut butter cup wrapper under the sink in the restaurant, the rubber band under the sink and the build-up of dirt and dust in the corners. The refrigerator was dirty as well. I took pictures as well. I also do not like that I have to request dishes from the front desk.
