Positives:
The stay was good, the staff were not the nicest people. We stayed for 4 days and the first day we didn’t get our room cleaned because we were not told we had to have our do not disturb sign off the door by 8 am to have it cleaned. We got back late the first night and seen our room wasn’t cleaned, not a big deal so I went down stairs and asked for towels and the lady looked at me and said sure if you go get your other towels. It was after midnight we were tired and I looked at her and said are you serious right now. She said fine next time I won’t give towels unless you have your old towels. I know that some hotels count the towels I get it . Then write down that you gave me 2 towels. The staff was not the nicest, there were other things that happened. We had 1 staff member that was the nicest out of the whole stay. Clean hotel, nice area

Beds were dirty like hair all under the pillows, pricing was ridiculous when a friend of mine stayed in another hotel for $200 cheaper and got a clean hotel room and continental breakfast. I will not be returning

The front desk was very unfriendly, we were in town for a demolition derby and one of our members has some mud on her boots and some fell off in the lobby and we were told that we could not leave mud we were not trying to make a mess also my son spilled some orange juice and they made a big deal of that also
