Positives:
The location was perffffff .. we were so close we could literally walk to everything. Didn’t even need Ubers to most places .

The TV was so wack. Luckily we didn’t watch much TV only at night. It was lagging so hard the remote was slow I’m not sure what was going on but we didn’t want to keep bothering to figure out beside we spent most of our time out anyways

The location is perfect, right near the Chicago Riverwalk.. That's about it.
Negatives:
The beds that claim to be Queen-sized are actually twin-sized. The bathroom door is literally a joke- you can expect no privacy there. The stuff couldn't be more rude! We kept calling for water for 2 hours (called 4 times), and each time, they said they'd never heard of it before. You won't even get a smile at a concierge desk. Note that the photos differ from what the room looks like in real life, as the rooms are very dark and outdated.

Called front desk with complaint, restaurant manager phoned my room. He was rude, defensive, poor communication. I felt under discipline and offended. Same ethics regarding, initial complaint. Disturbed my spouse. Unable to experience the restaurant.
