Booked with breakfast included but not according to the hotel. No ceiling lights in the room so very dark when trying to unpack pack and just in general. The city is noisy car alarms, sirens beeping traffic etc The room would benefit from having secondary glazing just to take the edge off the noise of the city below.

Being woke up before 8am by 2 screaming and crying little kids, that sounded like they standing at the connecting door. Plus the parents didn’t try to stop them. My honey was trying to sleep, but was woke up.
