The staff, the decor and the location. It's really close to a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery store and subway station. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The staff was really nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room was sizable with a nice desk area.
The staff was very friendly. Everything felt clean and safe. I liked being there.
I wish there were vending machines for convenient beverages at night

Location and staff
The staff was exceptional!!!!
Bathroom needs some upgrading
Clean, friendly staff

The desk staff was very attentive to my needs. She was a friendly listener who paid special attention to my activities and gave me nice recommendations and service.
Safe in room was too small.
