Positives: Location and staff
Negatives: We checked in btu found the beds infested with insects and spiders so we checked out and went to the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place which is very nice. We expect a full refund of any charges for the Best Western. Any additional steps to facilitate refund?

Positives: Location. Hyde Park on Lake Shore Drive. Perfect for museum campus activities or anything on the east shore for that matter.
Negatives: Needs updating given the price.

Negatives: There wasn't a hair dryer in the room. Although the room was very clean the vent in the bathroom was quite dusty and needed wiped down

Positives: Recently updated. The rooms were spacious and pretty clean.
Negatives: The breakfast bully. There was a lady standing guard, leaned against the wall with her arms crossed...just greetings. I attempted to butter the waffle iron. She aggressively approached yelling "No! Don't put that on my machine!".

Positives: Cleanliness, renovated
Negatives: The walls and ceiling are paper thin,& we heard all the fun going on in the upstairs bedroom. Every footstep. Even the rooms beside us. I could hear all conversation and words clearly from my bathroom as vents are connected! Breakfast meat was nasty.

Negatives: When there was fight go on there was two or three times during the night that they we were woke up because of the fighting and when I did call this customer service the desk they said oh no it's taken care of but it wasn't
