Location perfect. Room was nice and clean with the view of Willis tower.
Negatives:
When we arrived, there was only one person at the register, and she was unwelcoming. We left our bags and went to the meeting. When we returned, there was another person, and he was alone as well, so we waited in line for 10 minutes just to check in. The guy was also pretty annoyed with the guests. When we returned at night, we couldn't get any sleep because the walls were literally cardboard, and someone decided to have an orgy right by our headboards, which lasted for a few hours with all the noises, bed banging, etc.
