I must say I love the customer service. I arrived later in the evening and was greeted by nathan. He was very professional and made my check-in process easy. He went above and beyond to get me checked into my room so that my son and I could get the rest we needed the next day. I was greeted by Angela, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you, Marriott.

The property was gorgeous, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and filled with lovely pillows. Front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the location is exactly 30 minutes to downtown. Surrounding hotel was a lot of great local restaurants, grocery stores etc

There was constant hammer/slamming/pounding due to extensive construction on the hotel, this is not what was presented on bookings.
The breakfast which was part of the package I selected was mediocre at best though wait staff were lovely.
I was quoted $596 INCLUDING tax for our 2-night stay which is astronomical for the ridiculous construction noise....but I see I was charged nearly $700!!!!! I feel like I was robbed.
