Positives:
Location is remarkable - just far enough to have a short walk in to the noise of the city - love love e love the location can head into second city or into the bustle of downtown very easy and still get quiet sleep time
Negatives:
front desk is never overly friendly - this was our 4th or 5th stay its always the same no real smiles no overly pleasant anything just check in check out - we have tried every time to get a drink at the bar and its always not staffed or they are buried with only 4 people sitting at bar - this last time we waiting 15/20 mins no one even acknowledged us - it was evident we needed serviced - so we left - its always room on room off once its great the other time its ok - again its the location that best suits us

Very quaint hotel! The staff was really kind and friendly. Lovely bar/breakfast area where we got acai bowls and coffee every morning. The area is really nice, lots of brick surrounding and felt cozy in general.
Negatives:
The room was smaller than I anticipated, including the bathroom. The room was pretty basic with the bed, a small fridge thankfully, and a TV. We got used to it, but there's minimal space to hang your clothes and a bit tight in the bathroom. We had a nice view of the neighboring buildings and city though! Also there's a hotel fee where you can apply $10 to drinks/food daily which I guess worked out when we ate every morning?
