I left a pair of trousers behind. Reporting the loss, which I did immediarely, sent me to a cumbersome and unsatisfactory system. That yielded a negative. We checked in again 2 days later. Same result. My advice to anyone is DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. You'll never see it again.

Perfect location to explore the city. Willis tower is 5min walk, du sable bridge is just 20min. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

This is my third time and it has best value for the price. It has a great location and rooms are very clean. Employees are very welcoming.

Some rooms are very small and they lack of similar services with the other rooms although they are under the same category. For example my room had iron and my friend's did not.
