Positives:
Comfortable bed and spacious room. Location is walkable to train & subway stations, church, restaurants and stores. Has free drinking water, coffee and tea.
Negatives:
No air conditioner, but they provided us with electric fan still warm inside the room, windows cannot be opened.

Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to Art institute Chicago, Millennium park, river walk and other downtown attractions, also close to many buses and subways. The hotel room has a microwave and a small fridge, convenient for people who have special dietary needs. The hotel also supplies free filtered cooling water and plastic bottles for people to take out. I have not seen other hotels have such a service, very generous and considerate.
Negatives:
The wifi is slow and often disrupted.
