Negatives: My first room had an issue with the air conditioning as well as leftover items from the last occupant. I contacted the front desk and spoke. He offered a room change, and a discount for the trouble. However upon checkout I was told no discount.

Positives: Clean, friendly, and simple! Staff were helpful and knowledgable about the area. Extremely convenient location! Short walking distance to/from Monroe CTA station.
Negatives: Next time I will bring my own soap, shampoo and conditioner. The ones provided are made of plastic and definitely can't be good for the skin.

Negatives: The room was SO tiny and stuffy. It was so HOT in our room. We did not sleep. The staff brought us a fan but it just circulated the hot air. The bathroom was small and the pillows were to tall and firm.
