Positives: Nice, clean and comfortable room in a quiet and pleasant hotel. Coffee and tea available on 2nd floor in a communal area. A café and a Bakery are next door, so easy to get breakfast. Excellent location by the river and the area felt very safe.
Negatives: Lifts are a bit slow, but not really much of a problem!

Positives: We loved the view from room 3901...an extra flight of stairs was well worth it! The room was light bright and spacious and had everyting we needed. The location was excellent being right on the river with lots of sights within walkable distance and public transport options close by. We felt safe walking around even at night as there were lots of people and police around.
Negatives: Can't think of a single thing we didn't like!
