Great location, great service. Clean room, serviceable gym room, love the filtered water available on each floor. Would highly recommend.
The room was too small.
Elevators took forever to come and go. Hotel room very small and outdated. No restaurants on site. Bed was broken.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They put us in a larger queen room when our king room was not available. Decent water pressure in shower.
They did not have the king room that we had paid for. No kings left in the hotel. The rooms are tiny, dark, tiny bathrooms, no actual lobby, NOT a 4 Â'Â'Hotel as described - not at all! We made the best of it - but not at all what we expected.
People at reception are very kind and well informed. Specially a guy  excellent customer service.
The hotel room is incredible tiny, you can clearly hear the neighbors conversations and anything happening in the hall. We stayed 3 nights and our room NEVER got cleaned.
Fantastic location, awesome staff, neat older architecture
Only 2 elevators serving the majority of floors so at busy times it was very slow trying to get in or out. Our shower also had a draining issue which was kind of annoying, but not enough to complain during the trip.
Very tiny- walk a half mile to park your car- kiosk to check in donÂ't let you get on the same floor as others in your party. Cheap price for a reason. Very old and dated.
I like the location
It is not clean, and it is smell bad.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location could not have been better and the amenities were very welcomed.
Room was a bit small.
Excellent location for downtown Chicago
I paid for what I thought and was advertised a river view suite but I did not get any good view, I was booked in room 1112, and the river-view was a lie. Room was small for what I paid as well. Their tv and tv services hardly worked.
Room is too old and outdated. I booked a suite and expected it to big bigger. The Â'queenÂ' sized bed is more like a full size. Seats were stained and the room was a bit dusty.
I love the location
I would like parking to be a little closer.
If you want to be downtown its a pretty good location, especially for the price. You also have river views although its right across the river from trump tower for what its worth
The room was nearly 60 degrees at night and the thermostat doesn't actually do anything. We called the front desk and they said they couldn't make the room any warmer unless it was colder outside. They sent up space heaters which shorted out the power.
Comfortable well stocked room. Excellent bedding and bath amenities. I was pleased with my interacting with each hotel staff. Everyone was courteous. Great view from a high floor as a bonus!
People in the neighboring room fighting one evening. Fortunately the hotel staff quelled the matter sooner rather than later.
