Positives: People were helpful and kind! Location was super awesome as well. We didn’t have to wait for an elevator, taxi and it was a few blocks from the train to O’Hare. We took a really early flight in and when we got to the hotel our room wasn’t ready. It was way before check in time but we were able to check our bags at the concierge and the front desk called when the room was ready which was many hours before check in. This made the experience at this hotel so special thus why I would stay here again!
Negatives: Refrigerator was for purchasing items from it and not for leftovers. It would have been nice to have a fridge for our leftovers. Room was exceptional clean. We did find a contact lens stuck on the tile floor that didn’t belong to us. However everything else was super clean! We did have a problem with the TV not working either but within 10 minutes someone was there to fix it.

Positives: Breakfast in the hotel was a delight thanks to waiter Mo who was an absolute star.
Negatives: I'm not sure if the hotel merits the tag of being a luxury property in every respect although I was upgraded from a Signature King room to a Suite which was large and well equipped. The room had a distinctly 70/80's feel about the decor but it was more than acceptable. Air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't that effective despite being checked by the maintenance man, although it worked well in the living area. My room was on the 7th floor and you could certainly here slight background noise from the metro trains that run beneath the hotel. My son was on the 24th floor and it was quiet.

Negatives: The hotel was old and run down. The price is only reflective of the location and the name on the door. This might as well have been a motel 8 by the way the hotel is run.

Positives: Location was around the corner from my conference and close to everything I wanted to do. Amazing view. I was double charged for the resort fees and the person I contacted helped me right away and provided a refund.
Negatives: I had to call down to get a bathrobe and there was food on the carpet. The mini fridge wasn’t stocked and I was worried I would be charged for the missing items.
