I booked my the hotel room under my name for my boyfriend and I to stay in this weekend. Though it isn’t a problem for me personally, I do want to note that he was able to check in without me, or my ID/his ID, or a matching card. This could cause safety concerns so I definitely want others to be aware. When we went up to our room, I noticed the bathtub was dirty at the bottom and towards the drain area and the hotel staff promptly got us a different room. This new room was better but later on I did notice hair in the bed and makeup on one of the pillows. The main issue I had though was with parking. There is a “Hotel Parking and a Public Parking Garage” right next to the hotel, which is Valet only. We pulled up and asked the attendant if we have to check in before we use valet, and so we did. The hotel didn’t mention anything to us about parking or anything until later that night when we complained about the guy recklessly driving people’s cars and not giving us a ticket to get our car back. The front desk attendant told us they’d gotten multiple complaints about that valet but that they were not at all associated with the hotel. The hotel has their own separate valet service that we were completely unaware of. So obviously we immediately got our car back and did the hotel valet instead. All this is to say, this situation was very misleading (as the parking garage literally has a door directly entering the hotel) and we weren’t told anything about the parking situation before our visit. It really put a damper on the experience and now there is potential damage we’re having to deal with.

The front desk staff is some of the worst I've ever encountered. They were not welcoming, didn't greet guests by name, very condescending when asked questions, and unclear/lack of signage because this is a 2 hotel building.
