Positives: I was having surgery on October 23, 2025. They lady told me I had to order online at Hampton Inn because she couldn't do it over the phone. I explained that the hospital said there was a discount at Hampton Inn. She said I still had to book and when I arrived I would get the discount. When I arrived, the manager said that was not true. And to call a number she gave to me. I never paid for a hotel room with no microwave that we had to go from 28fl to lobby to heat up our food. I expected better from Hampton Inn

Positives: Location was perfect for us! We walked in all directions and did lots of sightseeing.
Negatives: Breakfast was not great for a hot breakfast. The ham they served appeared to be reheated over or overcooked. We chose to skip the breakfast on Day 2.

Negatives: I paid extra for the rooms to be corner rooms with king size beds but only received one room with those amenities. I was told they ran out of rooms and didn’t I won’t be refunded for the difference. I also prepaid for parking for each room, I only drove one car and was told I could not receive a refund for the parking either. The gentleman working the front desk was not friendly or bothered with any of my concerns.
