Breakfast morning one was great. They had two waffle makers to use and two breakfast meat choices, ceramic plates and glass glasses. Morning two and three no waffle makers one meat choices and paper plates and plastic cups.

We really enjoyed the room with the view. My friend had never been to Chicago before and she really loved the view.
The staff was fantastic, everyone was friendly, helpful, and gave good suggestions.
The beer taps were a really nice touch.
Breakfast was really good.
Negatives:
There wasnt a chair with a high back in the room, after a day full of walking it was difficult to relax while sitting up. Laying down was okay but sitting in a chair is better when just watching tv.
In the bathroom, the toilet paper was very thin.
The ice machine on 17, was empty more than once.
We didnt know we had a refrigerator in our room, it was a surprise, on the last day, VERY well hidden.
One of the outlets in the room, was not working, and we should have checked but a cell phone was on it overnight and we didnt know it wasnt charging.
No pancakes or waffles in the breakfast bar?! I was unprepared for that and so was the little boy that was in the elevator this morning.
