1 female staff member was very disrespectful to my sister and her disabled son and to her coworkers, why are they hiring people like that?

Location was a big factor since it was right at the hospital. Staff was great including front desk and parking attendants.

The lighting in the bathroom was not very bright but otherwise it was a very good experience.

The location, neighborhood, nearby restaurants, safety of the area, breakfast, TV channels provided, computer area, eating lounge, and the friendliness of guest.

Some of the staff struggled with request or checking out guest in an timely manner. But it is a huge hotel. So I do offer grace to this minor issue. Nevertheless, we did receive help after several request.

The food was kind if nasty and made us feel sick. We had very loud neighbors above us that kept us up for all night. Noise level was difficult with banging and heavy walking.

Rundown for the price. Several broken items around room. Weird stains on curtains and wall. Found a larvae or some sort of maggot crawling on sheet. My kids were freaked out and disgusted. Luckily we stayed only one night.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Good food for breakfast.

Long elevator lines at breakfast.
