Location and Room size. It had separate sleeping and sitting areas. It was supposed to be an upgraded lakeview room. Good resturants at walking distance.
Negatives:
The room was very minimally appointed. The usb sockets were not working on either bedside and phones had to be charged in only a single working socket. One could see the lake only if one stood at the window. the furniture is placed in such a way that one can only see building sitting on them. No kettle in the hotel. The printer at the reception was not working either. Even on a light weekday, late checkout was charged by the hour.

When I got there there room had a bit of an older that seem to be coming from the carpet I let the staff know and the immediately changed the room for me. After that everything was excellent.
