Great hotel EXCEPT I went to check in 1:30 pm They had a room but it was a $25 charge to check in early. All the hotel staff were AWESOME but that FIRST IMPRESSION soured me on the hotel and the staff. YOUR POLICIES ARE ACUTALLY HURTING YOUR GOOD PEOPLE.

I paid high amount and at the end we didnt have a breakfast and we had very heavy luggages we needed a shuttle to the airport the lady in front desk asked the shuttle guy he had nothing to do and the shuttle was sitting outside he just refused to help

Location. Just had to walk across terminal, but you would be better taking a van to nicer hotel.

It needs a renovation immediately. Room is so dated it feels unclean. lighting is dim in halls and rooms. Breakfast was overpriced and poor quality. I felt like I was in a Dennys. Decor was cheap. TV had videos of people throwing up in restaurant!

Location, there was airline delays which caused me to miss my connecting flight. Since I did not know the area I bit the bullet for the convenience.

Could not get tv to turn on. I know I could have called the front desk but was exhausted and decided to just read. Also you would think for the price there would be free Wi-Fi in he rooms not just the lobby.
