Positives: Its location right next to the Willis tower makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. On walking or Divvy (biking) distance from the river, Millennium Park, Union Station, the West Loop and other hotspots. A lot of windows made the room very light and a pleasant place to stay. The blinds do a great job keeping that light out at night.
Negatives: The rooftop bar is mostly inside and can be very loud and chaotic. The TV could use a bit more mainstream streaming apps, it currently has only Netflix & YouTube and some lesser known apps but missing others like Prime or D+. Oh and not all elevators go to all floors, so double check before entering.
