Positives:
The best part of the stay was the EXTREMELY helpful staff. During my stay, I had some extremely rude and obnoxious neighbors. While the hotel can't control who stays there, the staff - Especially Gustavo - really helped to resolve this professionally and quickly. I think as a traveler one of the things you want to know is "How will the hotel handle unusual but unpleasant situations?" Gustavo was amazing, and really made things right.
Negatives:
They were weirdly protective of their "free breakfast." One of my days I was refused entry into the banquet hall. It also was below the quality I'd expect. The sink in the bathroom would always spill water everywhere. Very minor concerns overall.

I liked the comfy beds and the coffee but there wasn't much to like to be honest

I didn't like the black mold in our bathroom, I didn't like the broke down jacuzzi, I completely disliked the breakfast I had hair in my food
