Positives: The price was good. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very good and not too pricey.
Negatives: The one night we stayed there was a couple having an argument sometime between 11 pm and midnight. It was getting quite loud, but after 20 - 30 minutes it settled down. We went to a Bears game, so should have picked a hotel closer to Soldier Field.

Positives: The location and the front desk staff was very friendly. Big shout out to the Zero who works as a receptionist.
Negatives: No parking and no discounts available for guests to park in the garage adjacent to the hotel. No room cleaning service due to COVID.even though we stayed there for4 nights.

Positives: The staff was excellent. The location was great. There was a bathtub.
Negatives: The air conditioning didn't work very well in that it was either too hot or too cold. It was very noisy as well. So getting a good night's sleep was a challenge.

Negatives: Walls are thin.The bed was too big for the space so we kept hitting our legs on the edge of the bed as we walked around the room and I have a bruise on my leg.They had an elevator that went to floor x and back to one. It wasn't marked out of order.

Negatives: Out of the three elevators, only one was working, and not all the time. We reported it 2 or 3 times. Actually everyone there did. We were told it was getting fixed. (There were people working on one of the three often.) Never did work right.

Positives: Upon checking in, the front desk associate was EXTREMELY helpful assisting with my reservation, AND getting me to keep the same room for the next night when my Dad was coming to town. Hotel employee is textbook in customer satisfaction!
Negatives: 1 of the elevators was down for renovation, and on Monday as well Wednesday there was a delay in 1 of the 2 functioning elevators. The hotel was kind to hang signs up expressing of delays could happen, so all is well!
