Night security and desk staff were not at all helpful.
We waited 45 minutes for valet service to come to park our car.
We waited over 30 minutes for an elevator before taking the stairs 18 flights because no elevator ever came to the floor.
There was no information on where breakfast was located and desk staff did not provide directions to the breakfast room when asked.
The night security guard stood at the desk doing nothing while an Uber driver and a hotel guest got into a screaming match right outside the front doors.

Absolute chaos checking in and no luggage trolleys. Had a 20 minute wait for the lifts- only 2 out of 3 were working. Using the lifts was an absolute joke throughout our stay as they took so long to arrive. One of the cleaners said the staff lift hadn't worked for over a month so they were having to use the guest lifts too. Virtually none of the equipment on the gym worked. I reported this twice but nothing was fixed. The pool area was dirty, mouldy and unkempt. Breakfast was carnage. The Homewood area was shut so we had to join the Hampton Breakfast room which was crowded and dirty. The breakfast selection was poor. Only 1 a/c unit worked properly in our room. The extractor fan in our bathroom didn't work.
