Positives:
The room was really nice and clean and the location was perfect.
Negatives:
It took over an hour to get checked into our room even though we got there when check in time started. Also the phones in the room didn’t work and the Netflix that was listed as an amenity also didn’t work. Also it just seemed really disorganized. Like when we went for break fast in the morning we had no clue where it was and there were no signs or anything for it.

Location worked out great for the things we wanted to do. The breakfast was good but I also recommend getting there soon after the doors open. Really liked having plates, microwave, and fridge for kids to eat leftovers and snacks.
Negatives:
Had to wait quite a bit for valet service each time we went somewhere. A LOT of chemicals in the pool/hot tub

Was put on hold for long period of time to confirm my reservation, which they claim to not have. When we arrived for late check in (confirmed ahead of time) exterior doors were locked. Upon arrival they had 2 reservations for me instead of just the one they lost. Still have not received my email receipt.

Great location for attractions and very close to train station.
Breakfast was a nice value.
Negatives:
There was dirt/food on the ceilings of the rooms. The pool is tiny and crowded and serves two connected hotels. It was not feasible to use ithe pool at all due to the small size and number of people. We stayed 2 nights and were only given towels for one night and told we would have to special request towels if we wanted more for Day 2.

Nice room. Location near shedd. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
Hot tub was very scuzzy. There was a large group of unruly kids(20) that were irritating while in the pool/hot tub and during breakfast. Kitchen sink didn't drain well and dishwasher didn't work. Also the battery for the door died and had to wait for 30min to have someone open it.

Room size is great and so are the large windows. Full size fridge with microwave and stovetop were great for our family.
Loved the hot coffee in the lobby!!

The pool was extremely small and way, WAY, too crowded with not nearly enough seating.
Also, the complementary breakfast was a madhouse anytime after 7:30 am. Again, not enough seating and a bit chaotic.
