Positives:
Valet crew were superstars. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were nice. We had a leak coming out of the ceiling but they quickly gave us a new room.
Negatives:
I was coming in Friday morning. So I paid for Thursday as well so I can check in. They just cancelled my Thursday. As no show. Not sure why they did that. So I ended up waiting. But they got me in a room pretty quick.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago. The room was very nice, and they have a very good hot breakfast. The hotel was just two blocks from Trump Tower, and my room had an excellent view!

sofa very uncomfortable, would like to see more choices on TV. elevators stretched only 2 its a big job to put in more so i get it not that I needed it but overnight parking $67 seems steep

it was in the center of everything we had planned.
the actual room itself was very nice and accommodating for my friend and i to share.
Negatives:
overall destination wise if you’re using the GoCity pass, highly recommend. the amenities and facilities of hotel, not so great.
site said there was a hot tub and there was not.
our room was hot and muggy because they control the heat and air and the windows were either broken or just didn’t open like they said they could.
breakfast was shown to be a sort of buffet type but all they had was scrambled eggs, bacon and rock hard tater tots with orange juice and coffee. even the advertisement for breakfast shows food they weren’t even serving.
there was only one working elevator the entire time we were there.
valet on the first day was great and got our car within ten minutes but ended up having to wait over a half hour every time after that, when we were told wait time is 15 minutes.
we could see into the hallway from our room door and vice versa, like it wasn’t aligned properly.
BE CAREFUL IN THAT POOL. my friend got in with the ladder because there’s no stairs, and on the last step it broke because they rigged the step back into place with a screw way to small and no nut holding the screw to connect the step and the railing on the stairs, and scraped and bruised her entire knee and thigh.
