Very dirty, had weird smell and the room was pretty dirty. Room floors were sticky and the bed/wall had holes and wood surrounding it. While it was affordable, we understood why after getting to the room. We will be splurging next time and doing more research

The front desk people were super nice and accommodating. The whole staff really was nice and helpful. Originally I was in a room directly next to construction and I asked if I could move, and I was moved to a really nice room.

There was heavy construction going on directly next to some of the rooms. Also the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere. I had to go to a bp gas station for “groceries”. But if you walk about 10 minutes east it becomes more populated.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. My mother stayed here for one night, and upon check-in, they asked for a $50 cash deposit. The next day, she inquired about when the money would be refunded to her card, and they assured her it would be done. However, after some time, no money was refunded. We called the hotel, and they told us that no deposit had been given at all. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel, as their policies are unclear and the way they handle customers is highly unprofessional.
