Positives: The staff
Negatives: The room are very small and not modern in any way. Bathroom is small and the bed did not feel like a king size. Bed was also noisy and moved around

Positives: Staff was very nice
Negatives: Rooms were very small, FYI had to go to front desk to request towels & put used ones in the hallway!

Positives: Bus stops and Lyft bikes just steps from hotel. Great bars and eateries within walking distance. Far enough from downtown, and close enough to Wrigleyville, Lakeview, etc. Can open windows to let cold air in! Friendly staff, quintessential boutique hotel.
Negatives: Small rooms & wooden platform beds don't mix. OUCH, banged my knee within the first minute. Please invest in padding for those bed corners. Minimal closet space. No mini fridges or microwaves were available upon request. Crowded lobby could be a turnoff.

Positives: Location.
Negatives: You can hear the people in the rooms next door. This place is also bumped and bruised and needs a refresh.

Positives: Location.
Negatives: I have no idea how this is rated a 4 star hotel. It was more like a 2 star hotel. The room was crusty. Peeling wallpaper, cracked plaster walls, missing grout all over the tub surround, window unit heating and cooling. This is definitely not a 4 star!

Positives: The rooftop garden/lounge was great. Good location but wish there was more dining options close by. Staff was friendly. Excellent pillows!
Negatives: Room was small, but had a very nice view. Mattress could have been comfier and bathtub bigger.

Negatives: No
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple December 2, 2019
Positives: The location.
Negatives: Could follow conversations in other rooms. Run down, did not trust it was clean, little ability to hang things in small rooms. Workout room filthy. No towels, no cups for water, no sanitizer wipes. Ran out of all food in coffee shop on Thanksgiving Day.
