The front desk staff (one employee in particular) was extremely rude during check in. She definitely didn’t have the demeanor or personality for greeting guests. I have stayed at hotels across the country and beyond and have never been so disappointed by one’s attitude and the tone in which she spoke to me.

The location was great. The hot tub and pool were nice but dirty. U could see the a line of dirt film on the top of pool sides.

Very well appointed King room with plenty of space. Great spacious en-suite (even if the shower was over the bath).

The coffee/tea maker had no instructions and was unfamiliar to us - but not a biggee. TV channels were in an odd order and the TV switched itself off a couple of times - again- not a biggee as we weren’t in the city to watch TV!

Negatives:
A/C didn’t work for first part of stay. Was told everything but it will be fixed. No word in advance it was not working or when it will be fixed. Room wasn’t sweltering (high I noticed was 80). Some communication and acknowledgment of inconvenience and some compensation would have been appropriate at a minimum.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2024 for three nights. It was a room on the corner of the hotel. The room is large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom with two sinks is large and bright. Breakfast cost extra. The continental buffet had a very good selection.
