Great location. Room was spacious and beds were really comfy. Staff were very helpful too.
Negatives:
One of our rooms had a damp spot on the carpet which made the room smell a bit. No cleaning services is absolutely fine but a way to get rid of the bins would be useful when staying for more than a couple of nights.

Positives:
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. Surrounded by shops and plenty of parking garages. Room was clean and ready early which we appreciated since we got in town before check in. There’s a bar restaurant inside the hotel and a “noodles company” right next door. Didn’t get to try them but it was nice having that option.
Negatives:
The bed had a dip on one side so the mattress was uneven which made sleeping weird. Had to use the extra pillow to compensate for the dip. Might need to rotate them or something.
Shower stall had some mold forming.
There’s only one small trash bin in the bathroom so if you carry a lot of stuff be mindful that you may have to leave your room to throw away the trash
Also didn’t like that we got checked out without being told. While appreciated, if I needed to extend my stay then It would have been inconvenient.
