Rooftop patio is on the third floor. Very nice patio but unfortunate it is on such a low floor.

Fantastic location, super central to everything. You can walk to so many sightseeing places. Beautiful view from the room (11th floor) over the lake, pier and surrounding buildings. Amazing swimming pool, very decent size to swim (go early before families arrive). Room spacious enough, bright and clean, with comfortable beds.
The building of the hotel itself is gorgeous, you can spot it from far, including from Skydeck
Negatives:
While the sound insulation between rooms is good, there was a gap under the door of the room and we could hear everything from the corridor, including people coming back late at night and speaking too loud.
It would be nice to have complimentary water on the first day, there are bottles in the room but you need to pay for it.
