Positives: Location was excellent. The room was very large for Chicago standards. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the free breakfast.

Negatives: The only thing that was a little odd was the lobby was on the second floor and the front entrance had a person sitting there, and we weren't sure who they worked for. We had to find a cart and take our luggage to the 2nd floor via elevator which was not problem, but would be if it had been really busy.
