Positives:
It’s difficult to imagine a better location and if you are fortunate enough to have a room like mine-1801-a better view in Chicago.
Very friendly and quick check in-my apologies to the lady on duty for not remembering your name.
A ten-minute walk from Clark/Lake station which facilitates taking the train from and to the airport-thereby saving a great deal of time and money.
I cannot imagine a better alternative.

We're pretty happy
Positives:
The staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they got us a room quickly. The location was really good. Close enough to walk around to some amazing sights and to public transportation. Being next to the River was a huge plus. The view was alright. You could also fill complimentary water bottles.
Negatives:
The bed was horrible. Sleep can make or break a trip. This almost broke me. We had a king which was 2 twin mattresses pushed together. My body as whole did not like the mattresses. The pillows were flat, and I would wake up with a stiff neck or migraine. Our room was like sleeping in a hallway. The air conditioning was suspect, cause I always felt better when I was able to breath outside.

Had a fun three nights...
Positives:
The location just can’t be beat. Close to excellent restaurants, shopping and attractions. We were able to walk everywhere and loved that it’s next to the river. We’re so glad we chose this hotel for our first time in Chicago. The staff were excellent- kind, friendly and helpful. I felt the price was reasonable, especially given the location.

The location of the Hotel is really perfect, just the opposite of the Trump tower. The people at the reception were kind. Complimentary water was avaliable on each floor,

We had to wait long time for elevators. There was very cold on the floors because of the low temperature of the AC. There were no bar at the Hotel.
