Positives: Perfect location with a great view of the river. The room was nice and there was a purified water station right by the elevator. The room came with a fridge and microwave which came in handy.
Negatives: The room was pretty warm and humid for the first day we got there. We called the front desk, and it got better for the rest of our stay.

Positives: The location is excellent, Riverwalk is right across the street, plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.Great views of the Chicago river. Highly recommend this hotel.
Negatives: Only two elevators for 38 floors, waits were usually not too long.Windows needed cleaning outside.

Negatives: The room was super small. The room seemed barely big enough for the bed. There also wasnt an ice bucket or mini fridge so it was difficult to keep anything cold.
