Positives:
Fantastic location and really helpful staff. When checking in they went out of their way to get us a room with a river view as we were there for a week, and were always willing to help with questions.
The water station on each floor is a great touch, as is the free coffee on the 2nd floor.
Negatives:
Can be waiting for the lift for quite a while sometimes, but that is a pretty minor quibble.
