It was dirty. Beneath the vending machine in the gym there was so much dirt. The room wasn’t very clean, too.

Room equipment, room cleanliness. Services heavily understaffed, staff not trained well. I stayed here already 4 - 5 times earlier, but now this is great disappointment. I hate your policy of "bonuses": you try to persuade customers to buy what they do not want and need. And the bonus is two bags of strange nuts per day.

We loved our view of downtown and the Navy pier. Location made it easy for walking to the river front.back back to the midwes
Negatives:
Paying $63 to park on location, my wife and I was traveling across the USA(west coast and back to the Midwest), all of our hotels were located in the downtown area and using valet/self-park was no more than $36. Having self-park and paying $63
is highway robbery in my opinion.
