Negatives: We moved rooms because the 1st room had water and hair in the bathtub. The 2nd room also had hair in the tub but we didnÂ't have time to deal with it. The lamp was nasty, and the second layer of blankets was gross. Fridge didnÂ't open.

Positives: Great location. The River was accessible from the hotel and was walking distance to Navy Pier and the Bean.
Negatives: My thermostat kept shutting off after 4 hours. It wouldn't go below 72 and one day it never worked at all.

Positives: Great location, we walked nearly everywhere we went. We got lucky with perfect weather! And the river view from the room was amazing!
Negatives: Elevator wait times were lengthy (understandable with such a large hotel, but annoying when travelling with kids). Parking was EXPENSIVE- we saved $20 using SpotHero the 2nd night. Microwave/mini-fridge/coffee maker in room would have been nice.
