The Polish lady at the reception was very friendly. The room is like a small house, has everything, including iron. Location is amazing. There was always a free open drink buffet, breakfast was sufficient.
Negatives:
Housekeeping done once in 3 days. Same things in breakfast. Refrigerator makes noice. No free parking

Positives:
Location was amazing and so was room size. Room was a suite that came fully equipped with a king size bed, sofa bed and a full kitchen and bathroom. Hotel offered free hot drinks in reception area that came in pretty handy after a walk in cold weather.
Negatives:
Breakfast was mediocre for the price with not much variety or options. Valet parking is $70/night. Hotel charged a security deposit of $100/night (that's $500 for our 5 night stay). Housekeeping came ONCE in my 6 day stay and didn't even replace toilet paper that we ran out of.

Our room is fully equipped with everything you need — a home away from home! The staff were brilliant, always smiling and ready to help. Very affordable. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much.

Positives:
Very friendly reception staff. All issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Lovely big main bed in the suite. Quick smooth elevators. Hot beverages always available in the lobby for guests.
Negatives:
Insufficient breakfast staff cooking and preparing breakfast. Food took time to come out. This caused long queues and waiting for some guests. All plates, cups and cutlery was single use. This demonstrates poor environmental awareness and encourages irresponsible waste. I'd like to see china crockery and metal cutlery.
Our room could have been cleaner. There was somebody else's trash left in a the room. There were dusty old bags and fake flower petals left in the bedroom.
The sofabed mattress is not comfortable and could be changed.
